Most any General contractor can do the work. Roberts painting and remodeling 513-235-7065 is one you can call. Ask for Dale

I know there was a guy on Cincinnati Craigslist selling used field turf really cheap.

So does this mean he also installs netting????

Can you copy the Ad from Craig's List on here? How much for his turf & type? If we are gonna give him a plug, let's get the info out...........

If you are handy and have the following: A helper, drill with bits and some access to basic hand tools its something most can do themselves.
Fixed netting or retractable you can get what you need from any hardware store. 1/8 steel aircraft cable, thimble, compression fittings, and anchors.
If you have a heavy nylon net upgrade to 1/4 inch cable. If you are doing a retractable net do not slide it on the cable use a shower curtain ring or a small d-ring to keep from cutting the net.

I put up a 10 by 60 outdoor cage in the back yard on a Saturday using black iron pipe to build the frame and drilling a hole at each end to wrap the cable around and through the top and bottom. The black pipe was expensive but I used it so I could take it down when needed. If you want to use fence post and concrete you can get good results and save some money for something outdoor. Indoor will be much cheaper just make sure it is anchored properly.
