Is the regular tournament season now more important than where you play nationals?

1. Most of our dd's will go to college within two hours of home.
2. There are 200+ colleges, branch campuses and community colleges with softball programs in that same area.
3. Those schools will need to recruit about 1,000 new players each and every year.
4. Those same schools have a wide range of top-shelf academic programs.

So unless your dd is an absolute stud-muffin can you tell me why you are signing her up to do a national tour?

I feel like certain Nationals will have some college exposure, but not all are equal. I would likely weigh heavily on the side that your regular season showcasing is more effective.
