I'm supporting Terry in this event doing field maint type stuff. I got a copy around noon today, so I would imagine he has emailed it out to all the coaches. looks to be a great event with 6 12U teams, 14 14U teams and 16 16U teams. The earliest anyone plays on Saturday is 930AM and most pool play games will be done by 700PM Saturday, unless we get some type of weather coditions that don't allow us to play.

How about making the schedule public until we can plan for the day prior to Saturday morning for the other teams that we may want to see outside our pool.

Terry will have to make that decision---if you are a 12U team, all their games are on diamonds 11 and 12--they are side by side. If you are a 16U team, all their games are side by side on diamonds 5,6,7 and 8. If you are a 14U team, their games are diamonds 1 and 2 which are side by side and 3 and 4 which are side by side. It's no more than 500 ft from diamonds 1 and 2 to Diamonds 3 and 4.

This year with the 14U pitching from 40 ft and the 16U pitching from 43 ft, it makes scheduling more difficult.
