I have spoken with the village on the cost of using the fields. Due to a low amount of teams they have agreed to work with us for this tournament on the cost of the fields in hopes of keeping the tournament & not forcing to cancel.
As for right now we have 3 teams in each division.
Hoping to gain at least a 4th in each to make it playable.
The team entry fee has been dropped to $300 per team.
Still 4 GG.

Divisions: 12U, 14U, 16U
First National Bank Park
7460 St Rt 335
Beaver, Ohio 45613 (half hour or so southeast of Chillicothe)
Weather permitting
3 pool play games plus single elimination tournament
4 games guaranteed
$300 entry fee
1st & 2nd place in each division will receive team & individual player awards.
MVP medallions for pool play games
Licensed umpires - 2 umpires per field calling each game!

Will need to provide a Birth Cert for each player if ask to be provided.
Fields are consistently prepped & lined thru out the tournament.
Inside bathrooms with running water.

Concessions available plus Frosty Creme & Gas station within walking distance.
