ANCHOR BAY EXTRAVAGANZA REGISTRATION FORM
TOURNAMENT TO BE HELD AT ANCHOR BAY HIGH SCHOOL

June 20[SUP]th[/SUP]-22nd 2014
Age Groups: 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U
This is a non-sanctioned open class tournament. The cost per team is $400.00. ($350.00 if registration is received by Feb. 14[SUP]th[/SUP], 2014). Each team is guaranteed 4 games, three in pool play and single elimination in bracket play. Tournament is limited to 40 teams, first come first served. Individual awards for 1[SUP]st[/SUP] and 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] place teams. Tournament t-shirts will be available along with full concessions. A gate fee will be collected for this event. School policy prohibits alcohol, smoking and pets on school property. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

The tournament director has the right to change the format at any time due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances.
