These positions are responsible for assisting the head coach with organizing the Softball program at MND. Positions assist with conducting practices, motivating students, and instructing student athletes in game strategies and techniques.
Other responsibilities for these jobs include:
The successful candidate will have to possess their OHSAA/ODE Certification; be CPR and First Aid certified before the first practice; have previous coaching or playing experience with the sport. Compensation will be discussed after application.

Other responsibilities for these jobs include:
- Work with the head coach in all necessary capacities
- Assist in carrying out meaningful practice plans that will keep the student-athletes active during the entire practice and focus on skill development
- Being available for practice 5 days per week (3-6pm) with some games on Saturdays/Sundays - end Feb to end May.
- Supervising student-athletes at all times
- Be available to assist in working the summer softball camp
- Demonstrate positive characteristics and serve as a role model for the student-athletes
- Increase parental involvement in MND athletics
