Knockin Off The Ice - Rootstown - April 17-18 - $250 Entry Fee

This is 5 Star Fastpitch's Season Opening event. This Tournament is aptly named as we open in Mid April and teams will be getting their first chance to get on field. 4 Games for $250 for all age groups is Pretty Good Deal to get the season started !! Your entry fee covers umpires and softballs. For this Event we will honor full refunds should NO Games be able to be played due to weather.
We have Ages 8u ( Coach Pitch ) 10u 12u and 14u for this Tournament. The 8u Age Group will play Coach Pitch and have modified rules. There is a 4 game minimum should the weather cooperate. Teams will play 2 Pool Games on Saturday. All teams will seed to Bracket Play on Sunday. Pool Games will be 75 min - finish the inning.
All games will be played at Beautiful Gracie Park in Rootstown. These are 5 Fastpitch Designed Fields with crushed brick infields -- they drain great !!
There will be Individual and Team Awards for 1st and 2nd place.

We are also offering a Clinic on Saturday hosted by Karen Linder @ Aspire Higher Softball. Learn fundamental skills and strategies from former college coaches and athletes. Clinic to start at 9am - 10:45am - Games to start noon. The Clinic is $40 per player.
