Anyone know the score of the Roadrunners and Predators game?

They got us 9-5. They led 5-0 with no outs in their half of the 2nd. Our girls came back and tied it at 5. But they scratched out a few and then one of their girls hit a bomb to add on the final 2. From what their coach told me, they really worked extra hard on their hitting this winter. So did we, and we have improved, but whatever they did really, really shows. Yes, that team can hit. And they are really a great group of girls, coaches, and parents. HUGE improvement from the fall. HUGE. Not that they weren't tough then. Congrats to Dean and the Pittsburgh Lady Roadrunners. They're going to be tougher than ever this year.

Kudos to Joe, Dave and the rest that had a part in keeping this tournament running all weekend. It was a long but beautiful and rewarding weekend for us. We really enjoyed playing in this tournament and even though we came out on the wrong side in the championship game it is always a pleasure playing Dean and his Pittsburgh Lady Roadrunners.
