Lake County Captains offering tryouts for girls fastpitch teams 12U/14U/16U

The Captains Softball Academy, home of the Lake County Captains professional baseball organization, will host tryouts for our 12U, 14U and 16U girls competitive fastpitch softball teams.
We are looking specifically for girls of high character with the ability to make a strong commitment and the willingness to work hard toward a common goal.
We are committed to fielding a high level / tournament-ready Softball Team! And, we're offering all of our professional amenities including Stadium, Clubhouse, Fitness Area, Indoor Field House and Professional Instruction. Our goal is to prepare these girls to play at the next level, provide them exposure to college coaches, and to give them a positive softball experience.

There will not be a tryout for 18U; however we would be willing to interview coaches who have an 18U team interested in becoming part of our organization.

There was a really good amount of interest at the first session last Sunday. Saw a lot of players from almost every local org in lake County. If CSA can land what they need, it will be a good start, and interesting to see how it progresses. TJ seems to be genuinely excited to see this succeed.

Anyone hear if they were able to field teams for all age levels, and if they found coaches?

Anyone have any details about the 2nd tryout? 1st tryout had 24 12U's, 9 14U's and 35 16u's

My DD just was offered, and I am interested in knowing as much as I can.

There were a lot of girls at both tryouts. I know they have two 16U teams with head coaches for both. There is also a 14U but havent heard a coach for this team.
