Lasers Purple 16U Nationals

[Heavy Hitter]

Lasers Purple is playing the championship game at the 16U USA/ASA Nationals in College Station, TX. They lost their first game in bracket play and had to win 11 games in the loser bracket to make it back to the championship game. Good luck and bring back another title to Ohio.

Got to watch purple play a lot this summer, one of the most talented teams in the country for sure. Never forget the "homerun derby" between purple and orange on adjacent fields at PGF in Indy.

WOW ! Have the Lasers flexed some muscle in August !! Unreal , I've been following nationals for about 10 years and this has to be the best overall year in Laser organization history ? Congrats to Jeff and all the other long time Laser guys .

Yes, they are one of the best in the country. Have an excellent pitching staff with a line up of hitters. I told one of the assistants they should of been in Cali in the Premier division. Would of made a deep run for sure and maybe could of pulled it off.

Just to answer a question asked earlier. I belive that the Sun Dogs did about the same thing in the 18U Dvision several years ago. [Maybe Tess Sito was the pitcher.] It was amazing then and it is amazing now.
