Lasers Silver is a team seeking to play in the most competitive tournaments in the state. The idea behind our team this year was to combine the season with both 8u and 10u schedules. The last 4 tournaments we played in were all player pitch tournaments in an attempt to make the transition to 10u easier for the girls. Unfortunately, one of our pitchers has moved out of state so we will definitely be looking to add a pitcher to the roster next year.
Our current roster is made up of girls from Northern Cincinnati, Dayton and the surrounding Columbus areas. Our winter practice schedule consists of 2-3 practices a month for 2-3 hours each. We practice for 3-4 hours in the fall & spring every other week or during the off weeks of the summer season. Practices this year were in the Dayton area but I will consider changing that location based on the location of the girls on the final roster next season (potential for alternating practices between Dayton and Columbus Area). Tournament schedule next year will consist of 1-2 fall tournaments, 1 winter tournament and 7-8 spring/summer tournaments.

**I will fill in the rest of the spring/summer tournament schedule by November/December 2015.
