Lebanon Junior High is in need of a coach for one of our Junior High teams for the season. The position is non-paid. Practices start the end of February, season runs through early May.

So you were gonna make a 500 mile round trip 4 times a week to help out a club team??? Or you were hoping to get info on a possible player for the team you are coaching & needing several players for..........

Maybe Dust can now enlighten us wuth his superior knowledge of what people would drive 500 miles a day for??? Maybe he would use his CDL & amke a pick-up, then coach the team, then drive back......Now that is getting the best of both........

Othewise, enlight to how someone from the opposite end of the state would be enquiring about this???? I'm the fool, but show us your intelligence, now

You know, I have no dog in this fight, and I have been enjoying my popcorn. I don't know the whole story and maybe this should have been done via pm and not where everyone can see. So, I'm going from what I sw right away.

Steamrollers, why is there such a beef the deeznutts traveling 500 or so miles? Maybe he does really want to improve. Now, if you were from the NE side of the state and worried that he was going to bring players back to his travel organization, then I'd agree with you. The question is, why didn't you jump on it instead (unless your an AC already) of blasting someone.

But, like I said, I have no dog in the fight. I just think it was odd to call someone out.

I just made an observation. When someone from the total opposite end of the state posted about a postion that I'm sure Jim was hoping someone from the Dayton/Cincy area was able to inquire about....

It then took a life of it's own. Not intended & really wasn't looking TO CALL anyone out - Was curious & still am, as to why someone from so far away was inquring. If Cleveland State offered me a paid position, where I could also learn much - How realistic would that be to make that commute daily? Let alone for a voluntary coach on a school club team. Many cheaper, easier, & better ways to become a more experienced coach.

I'm sure his intentions were sincere & never meant harm to Nutts. But since it has now went away from coach seeking & comments with nutts. I will do my best to leave this thread alone now......
