Leffew Fastpitch is one of the premier training organizations for top pitchers in Ohio. The instructors strive to teach the safest, most effective, and up to date methods in the fastpitch world. The goal is to teach the pitchers practices to improve their pitch and motivation to become the best they be.

BEGINNERS SESSION
The coaching staff will teach the basic fundamentals of the pitch. Each pitcher, parent, and coach will leave with introductory tools to help the pitcher develop. This will include easy to understand practice drills to help the athlete learn the pitch from beginning to end. Some of the skills to be addressed include windup, circle, release point, footwork, and finish.

INERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Pitchers should be fundamentally sound and be throwing or working on a command of movement pitches. Intermediate and advanced students will participate together in portions of the clinic and be separated for others in order to instruct to each level. This session begins with an intense pitchers half hour work out by Kris Lewandoski (Director of Performance, Force Sports). Our instructors will then cover the following materials:

A How To Guide to Increase Speed
Movement Pitch Control and Perfecting Spin
Game Success?effective methods for building confidence, knowledge, and leadership on the mound.
****College Bound athletes please email amie@leffewfastpitch.com a list of college coaches you are interested in, we will send a personal invite to each coach to come observe.
