Once again someone tries to congratulate a team for doing well and the 1st post is negative.

I didn't see a post for the Starz 10u & 12U winning the Roadrunner Classic,ASA qualifier. So I made the post to congratulate the Starz.

I was posting to congratulate them, not to judge their winning by the number of teams competing.

The World Series has 2 teams in the finals does this mean if you win you didn't play anybody?

Hey Skippie! In any case 10U Starz have qualified for ASA, NSA and USSA tournaments throughout the the region. We are proud of 'em. What team is it that you support? Have they had a rough year? Why take it out on other teams. Please direct your jealousy somewhere else or find another outlet would you?

I don't support any team. But I have seen you at many tournaments. My point is that you are talented, why aren't you playing in tournaments where you are not beating up on all star community teams. Have you played Lasers, Doom, Stingrays...........Oh, and what nationals will you be attending after receiving all those bids????

10u Licking County Starz still had to play six games and players made good plays in some very hot weather. Pitchers did a good job moving the ball up in the zone. They have some studs for sure.

I have coached against Brett & Kevin from the 10u Starz all the way back to machine pitch rec ball and they have always produced top teams. Thier kids hit well, play hard and always rise to the competition. Good luck the rest of the season guys!

Skipper doesn't support any team but wants to bang on a simple congratulation to a group of 10 and 12 year olds....Enough said about who this person is...I have seen the 12U Starz play and I can tell you they are very talented and will play together for years to come - Congrats to the Starz organization.

3 teams or not they won the tournament. We played the Licking County Starz in the Spano Dome in the 10U championship game. What a team. Great pitching. Great sportsmanship. Great coaching.
