In reading various post from teams, tourney results compared to their claims, and other social media posts. I've complied a list that i think is very ironic. Names of teams / org / coaches, etc intentionally omitted.

1. If you are 46-123-6 in last 42 events facing B level competition, your team is NOT a showcase or "A" level squad.

2. if you constantly having to sing praises of your players attempting to make routine plays, maybe question your squad's energy level?

3. if you're consistently faced with "unforeseen circumstances' and need players, maybe the problem is you.

4. you do not have enough players on roster. trying to go thru a season with 10 or 11 players is just ridiculous. you're one vacation, car accident, school trip, campus visit, divorced parents argument, away from not playing on a weekend.

5. Players need to be challenged to compete for play time. Regardless of position or team level. Just creating new team to ensure player X can play position Y is not the answer.

6. if you are claiming to be an A level team... why are you playing a C/Rec level event??? And still can't win it?
6a. And in this case, " to be oooh so close and losing to eventual champ', is a pretty lame excuse.

7. posting about a player being an outstanding defensive player of the month, and having a fielding percentage of below .900..... really?

8. posting an ERA for a pitcher on your team, which the only way to get to is every run scored in every game is unearned.... questions arise on your GC operator integrity.

9. Nothing says "my current roster of players sucks", like posting about tryouts starting in early july... after your 2nd tourney of June.

10. and finally, at whatever level of tourneys you are scheduling... if you are not competitive and keep getting slammed.... maybe you're not a good as you think you are and need to rethink schedule choices.

Rant complete.
