Long Pants, "knickers" or shorts

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why international softball teams wear shorts.

I suspect for the same reason Beach Volleyball players have to wear dental floss and two band aids; it increases "viewers". wink wink...

My dd wore long pants this fall and decided if she has the choice that's what she'll wear. They've been given the choice long or short pants and I believe her and another are the only ones to choose long. She says they are more comfortable.

That's right Ri my dd said the same thing that they feel more comfortable than short pants. I also think they look better to.
