We entered and paid for Memorial Mayhem through Main Event Sports (www.maineventsports.org). They canceled the tournament and offered a refund or free entry into another tournament of theirs- we asked for the refund and since then have reached out to Nick Echard and Lucas Michael from Main Event via email, phone and text many times asking them to honor their refund commitment. They have gone dark and haven't even responded for almost a month

The guys running this organization need to be held accountable and the softball community needs to be aware of the potential loss of money that may happen if entering a Main Event Sports event

we won their so called qualifier tourney we got nothing in return just some shirts no big trophy for team and no paperwork or anything from there qualifier ask several times and got nothing in return.. Guy wasnt even present at the end of the tournament had concession guy give us Tshirts ahahah

First off, in USA, anyone can go to any National or Regional event - as this was advertised.
But mainly, if the tournament isn't using the associations site for to update and post the scores. They probably are not reporting them at all!
It is a tournament using an association rules, but really a scab type of event.... BE WARE OF THESE EVENTS IN THE FUTURE!!!

There are legit events like Stingrays (but they are not claiming to be a Qualifier for anything) who use Tourney Machine!
But with really nice sites for tournament scoring that USA & USSSA both have - if someone is an actual qualifier or sanctioned with one of them - then why are they not using one of the best services they offer???

Chardon Storm, we were also registered for this tournament. After it was canceled Lucas Michael was quick to respond that he would refund or enter us in another tournament. I told him we were already in the father's day tournament and would be out of state for the other. I asked for a refund and have not heard back since. I have sent 5 emails that all have gone without response. I disputed this transaction with my bank today. I also may look at filing a police report and contacting an attorney to merely keep them from continuing to do this to others.
