Just a reminder that coming up May 17-21, Ashland University will be hosting the NCAA Division II Softball National Championship at Akron Firestone Stadium.

We would love to see you all at the ball park! Below is a website you can check out for more information!

There will be 8 teams from the 8 regions around the country. The atmosphere should be great! If you have any questions on where you can get tickets please contact the Akron Racers at 330-376-8188.

Sounds like a close way of seeing some very good teams play, except that several of us will be in the middle of the district level tournament. :'(

There will be 4 games played Thursday, May 17, 4 on May 18, and 4 on May 19. There is 1 being played on the 20th. And 1 possibly 2 being played on the 21st.

One other side note of insentive: There will be a fireworks display after the games on May 17. (Weather Pending!)
