I put together our MS schedule the past two years. I would suggest that you go to OHSAA.org and find the member school directory. The Athletic Director names and phone numbers are listed for each school. You can find school info by name or by conference. I always liked working down a conference. Call the AD's and they will probably redirect you to someone else, but you find the right people to talk to. I would call rather than send emails or post messages. You might be lucky and get replies that way, but I always had better success by calling in person.
There are some school teams that are "club" teams beacuse as in our case, the school offers no funding and does not recognize MS softball as a school sport.
Last thought for you: We found a location that had two fields we could use when no one else was booked there. We found three other schools and played double headers on both fields, two games at a time. Nice deal for all as everyone gets two games at one location and different competition. Pretty cheap if everyone shares the ump fees and brings a couple of game balls.
We had lots of fun with it....good luck with your program!
