10U John LaVoie ? Coach John currently oversees the Coachand Kid Pitch softball divisions in New Albany, OH. In 2016 he will take overas President for both softball and baseball. Coach LaVoie has been involved inthe world of baseball and softball for over34 years. He has played at thecollegiate level and has coached teams ranging from 8-15 year old boys to 5-12year old girls. Coach LaVoie turned down a High School (baseball) coachingopportunity in order to focus more on developing young softball players. In hisspare time he provides private hitting instruction and trains on both thephysical and mental side of the game. Throughout the community Coach LaVoie isknown for his dedication, knowledge of the game, and ability to improve hisplayers.

12U Joe King - Coach King has been coaching baseball andsoftball for more than 11 years. After working with baseball teams from 9U to14U, that competed and won at the highest levels, he took over as the headcoach of the New Albany 10U softball team in2014. He inherited a team that hadpreviously won only 6 games and helped lead them to two consecutive winningseasons including final four and championship appearances in four tournaments.Professionally, Joe specializes in communications and leadership training,skills he uses to encourage young players to reach their fullest potential.

14U Brent Stark ? Coach Brent is a 7 year New Albanyresident who has coached girls softball and basketball for the 5 years. Mostrecently he was the head coach of the 2015 12U New Albany travel softball team,finishing with a 23 - 12 record. Brent grew up in Marion, Ohio playing baseballat all levels, including youth, high school, legion, and adult. Professionally,he is a college academic recruiter but is pursuing a master's in education tobecome an elementary teacher and a middle/high school coach. Brent has beenmarried to his wife Mandy for 18years and has a 11 year old daughter, Lily, whoplays volleyball and basketball.

Scott Sevenish ?Coach Sevenish is a 15 year NewAlbany resident who has coached girls travel softball for 7 years, aftercoaching boys travel baseball for 7 years. Most recently he was the head coachof the 18 and under Ohio Classics travel softball team, where nine of his currentplayers have verbally committed, or have signed national letters of intent toplay softball collegiately at the DI, DII and DIII levels. Scott has coachedhis daughter Jamie, a 2015 New Albany High School graduate and TiffinUniversity recruit, in travel softball from 12U through 18U, with the OhioClassics organization - 320 games, .736winning %, 3rd place at 12U ASANationals, qualified for 14U & 16U ASA Nationals, Jamie set NAHS singleseason school records for hits and runs scored. Scott will be helping all threeNew Albany teams as needed, sharing his experiences, drills, game prep,assisting with tryouts, etc. Scott has been married to his wife Sheryl for 27years, and has a 22 year old son, Zach who played baseball and ice hockey atNew Albany High School, where he graduated in2012.
