Why is it that teams wait 10 days (sometimes less) before an event to pull out of an event. Not even that.... why is it that teams don't notify you why they find out thier teams are unable to attend? Why do they wait til you contact them then they say ..."oh yeah I'm sorry to say that we cannot make it". I mean come on, do you know how many teams we turned away because you asked for the last spot!!!

I mean come on, do you know how many teams we turned away because you asked for the last spot!!!

In my opinion, it's just another example of the selfish society America has become. People don't have the common courtesy anymore, and only think about how things effect them.

I saw worse happen in a fall tournament this past year when a team bailed 2-3 days before the tournament started, and after the schedules had already been issued. It caused a lot of changes for teams at short notice. I have no idea if they got their money back or not, but they surely didn't deserve it. I heard that they were very apologetic though. :lmao:

Thats why this year I will not add a team to the list until a deposit is received along with paperwork! I will contact my 14 and 18 team and see if one of them can help out!
I would like to get ahold of a schedule asap so I can let my players and parents know.

The Feb 5th 14U All Nighter is now full. The Venom Black team, which won the January 15th event (giving up only 3 runs all night), has decided to take the final spot. This is a great feild of teams. We are very excited to watch these teams in action. This will be a great night of softball.
