NocturnalFest 2012 (Winter Indoor Lock-In)

When: Three Scheduled Events
13U/14U January 21st, 2012 (CANCELLED)
15U/16U January 28th, 2012 (4-team format)
11U/12U February 18th, 2012 (6-team format)
Where: Miami University - Hamilton Campus, 1601 University Blvd
(Sports Facility), Hamilton Ohio 45011
Format: Four or Six Team format w/3 Game Guarantee
(see format below)
Cost: $250/Team
Play will begin at 6pm, Saturday night and conclude with the Championship game at 7:30am Sunday morning for the 6 game format weekends. Play will begin at 11pm, Saturday night and conclude at 9am for the 4-game format weekend. Plenty of fun planned for your team with a movie room playing clean fun movies on a screen all night. Additional areas to either watch the games in the gym or find an open area to bond as a team or veg out before your next game. Concessions will be available but if you bring snacks we simple ask that you keep the facility clean at all times. Play governed by ASA rules with game times being (6T) 70 minutes w/20 minute warmup & (4T) 75 minutes w/30 minute warmup between games. Games will be played at the indoor Sports Facility at the Miami University, Hamilton Campus. This evening is considered a lock-in and the doors will be locked at midnight. This is to provide a safe and fun event for all involved. No admittance will be allowed after midnight (no exceptions). Parents are welcome to stay and watch but players must be inside the facility prior to the stated lock-in time. Small coolers are welcome however alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. No door fee.
