Bishop Watterson is proud to host members of The University of Notre Dame Softball Coaching Staff on November 13, 2016 for a softball clinic open to ALL ages 10-18 years old.

Join Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator Kris Ganeff and Pitching Coach Jamie Spitale from the University of Notre Dame! The Clinic will consist of 5 sessions lasting 90 minutes at a cost of $75 per session. CASH ONLY will be accepted. The clinic will be held at Bishop Watterson High Schools OLD gym located at 99 East Cooke Road, Columbus, Ohio 43214. Please wear Tennis Shoes. No Cleats.

Session #1: Pitching theIrish Way 1pm to 2:30pm: Coach Spitale will work with each pitcher on pitching mechanics and drills. Pitchers must bring their own catcher(parents are welcome to catch). Limit15. Cost is $75. Session #2: Catching theIrish Way 1pm to 2:30pm: Coach Ganeff will work individually with each catcher on theproper techniques and drills in order to be successful at this position. Catchers must bring their own gear .Limit 15. Cost is $75. Session #3: Hitting theIrish Way 2:30pm to 4:00pm: Both Coaches will teach each hitter the hitting drills and philosophy that made Notre Dame one of the top 20 run scoring teams in2016. Slappers are welcome. Must bring own bat and helmet. Limit 30. Cost is $75. Session #4: DefensiveDrills 4:00pm to 5:30pm: Both Coaches will work with each fielder on the proper drills for both infield and outfield that they teach their players daily at Notre Dame. Must bring own glove. Limit 35. Cost is $75. Session #5: OffensiveRoutines and Competitive Challenges 5:30pm to 7:00pm: Both Coaches will work with hitters on not only the hitting philosophy, but also the proper mental approach to hitting.
