Hi Mike,
I want to confirm that you have is down for this. The team list shows Ohio Glory '01-Hall. I don't know if that team is wanting in this tourney or not, but Ohio Glory '01 wants in the 14U-A division.
We will be going online to register and will send payment ASAP.

The tournament closes on Monday June 8, schedules will be released on June 10.

We have to keep it open longer since NSA requires teams to play the state to advance to World Series.

Everyone has Friday game times so please do not request game time changes. The tournament was posted and entered with teams understanding we could start as early as 8:30AM on Friday.

Please make sure to READ the IMPORTANT information on the Play NSA online registration page and also on the Pool/Bracket. You will also find important information to review regarding the event along with complex rules. There is also a complex map of the fields on this page. Tournament results will be posted to this page as well once the event is completed.
REMINDER: Coach/Manager MUST CHECK in Prior to your first GAME with Official NSA Online Roster and Insurance Certificate. Please bring a copy of Roster &Insurance FOR EVERY NSA EVENT THAT YOU PARTICIPATE IN, to leave with the Tournament Director. Event check-in will be at the pavilion to the left of the concession stand. This is also where game updates will be posted along with tournament staff to assist. This is where the official tournament brackets will be posted at along with T-Shirts for sale.
ROSTER: PLEASE FILL OUT THE NSA ONLINE ROSTER IF YOU HAVE NOTALREADY DONE SO.
All teams MUST have an Official NSA ONLINE roster, filled out, and printed with player and parents signatures. BRING A SIGNED COPY TO LEAVE ATTOURNAMENT SITE. THIS COPY of the SIGNED ONLINE ROSTER WILL NOT BERETURNED TO YOU. Teams will not be allowed to participate without it.
INSURANCE: All teams must have "TEAM INSURANCE CERTIFICATE" with amounts of coverage. BRING A COPY TOLEAVE AT TOURNAMENT SITE. We cannot accept the individual player insurance cards. IF you have individual insurance cards, you will need to contact the insurance company to attain a certificate. THE COPY of the INSURANCE CERTIFICATE WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU. Teams will not be allowed to participate with it.
BATS: Only NSA approved bats will be allowed. Check the National Web site for a complete and up to date listing of approved bat companies. www.playnsa.com Click on: Approved Equipment –Bats must also have the 2012NSA silkscreen on them. Bats without that logo are not permitted to be used. Note: It is the coaches/players'responsibility to check their bat(s) to the list prior to bringing them into play. Penalty: Player is declared an OUT - PLAYER AND COACH are EJECTED FROM THE GAME.
It is the coach/managers responsibility to know the rules and bylaws of NSA. NOMETAL CLEATS for 10u & 12u teams. Ignorance of a rule or bylaw does not negate the penalty. NSA rule book is available online 24/7 at www.playnsa.com. Weather update information during the event will be provided by the onsite tournament director. An email will be sent to the coach of record on Play NSA if inclement weather could be an issue to start the event.
Parking fees will be charged at this tournament: RVBFY charges $6 per day, $10 for a 2 day pass, $15 for a weekend pass. Up to 2coaches are permitted free.
RVBFY allows campers for $25 per day. Coaches passes will not cover the camper fee. There is no water, septic, or electric hook up. Pets are not permitted in the complex nor are grilles allowed other than in the camper area behind fields 10-11 in the parking lot.

Weather update: Spoke to the staff at RVBFY a while ago. They are out pushing water and raking. Barring any major issues, we should be playing on time tomorrow. I have set up a One Call system for the coaches and those calls are going out right now to the phone numbers on file. We will use as many means possible to get the word out.

With the rain out of Fridays pool games, we have seeded directly into bracket play starting on Saturday morning. Uploaded brackets are available at the links below. Please also note that the complex is letting us use their Rain Line of 740-223-7822. This will be updated as early as 6 AM. If weather is a factor we will send out a One Call notice shortly after 6 AM.
