Nsa States - Where and when?

Can't seem to find any 411 on the Nsa States, also is it a requirement to play states to go to the National??

NSA 'A' States are in Youngstown, Ohio July 2nd-4th

NSA 'A' Nationals are in Charlotte, North Carolina July 25-31st

And yes NSA Requires you to attend States to move onto nationals and I believe there are no more Alternative States anymore.
