Man if I could just get this right the first time ?

? ? Talking to the parents and coaches of teams the Date I had first set this for WILL NOT BE A GOOD ONE ( AUGUST 10-12). Tryouts, vacations etc.. So I will Change it for the LAST TIME and it will be in the Middle of OCT. I would like to have a little more of the competitive teams play in this. Hopefully all teams will be set and Coaches can play with there 2008 team. This will be held in BEAVERCREEK ( ROTARY PARK) I will get and give all the information in a couple weeks. I would like to ask for the teams that would be interested please respond with a POST on the forum. This will be 12u,14u,16u

This will be a great time for the new teams to see what they will need to work on in the winter. I have made this a QUALIFER for the 2008 season. Probably will be one of the last tourneys the teams will get to play in!!!!

I know that people might think it may be a little chilly!! But I this will be the best way for teams to get a look at what they will need to work on before we go inside( The dreaded inside). :'( :'( We all know in october we all want to still play

Buckeye Heat 94 (13U) may be interested. I will know for sure after the tryouts and the first team meeting to be held shortly thereafter.

There are 3 on here that have shown intrest already. Plus myself thats 4. We still have a few months for all the teams to get it worked out. As far as the format this will be a 3 game pool and single Elim on sunday. Hope this answers some of your questions. Teams will have to be Sanctioned USSSA.

Being close to Halloween, you should have everyone play at least one game at night and in costume

We have scheduled two World Series 2008 Qualifiers. The first is Aug 17-19th in Wilmington, Ohio for 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, and 18u. The second is September 14th-16th for 16u, 14u, 12u.
We have a beautiful city park setting with restaurants and motels within walking distance and NO admission fees for fans.....lol... Picnic areas throughout the park.
Don't let your friends on other teams tell you what a great tournament you missed in Wilmington.
Come join us. I have umpired for 26 years and will have on hand the best umpires (which I know) that money can buy....lol....
