Updated 6/21/16 Looking for pitcher!
OFC Heat Orange finished a good year last summer with a great run at the ASA/USA 14u nationals in Salem Va. finishing 25th out 127 teams. The Team as always is very versatile and are ready to take on all comers. But as always when they play that kind of competition players get banged up. Especially pitchers and we have already seen it here in the fall. So with another player deciding not to pitch any longer. The Team would be interested in adding a quality pitcher/player. So since posting looking for a player the above player. We unfortunately had a player decide to stop playing travel softball and focus on a more important life need. She had to constantly fight to share her time with softball, social life, and her grades. As many young ladies at this time in life decide, they only have room for two in their lives. So she made the choice to stop playing travel softball. That decision helps us as coaches realize we are truly coaching life skills through softball. This leaves the Team looking either for another outfielder or a pitcher that can also be a player.
This team is really gaining college followers including some MAC, Horizon, and Big 10 schools. So if you have interest in the taking a look at the Team and the staff. We have open workouts on Sundays starting 1/3/2016 from 12:00-2:00 @ Montessori Academy at 8293 Duke Blvd. Mason OH.45040.
We have applied and have been selected for Stingrays. Also like many others hope to be selected or earn our opportunity to compete in Atlanta Legacy, and the USA Nationals again.
Any questions about our Team feel free to contact me scott@afctool.com or (937) 673-6653
