OFC-Tournament Rating Systems is up and running.. Below you read information on how to post your Tournament up to be Rated... Please follow the guild lines for posting your tournament(s).
1st - Click this link http://www.game-ex.com/tournamentrating/default.aspx and then hit the add tournament button look under the Current Tournaments to insure your tournament has not been already posted by one of the OFC-Staff.
2nd - When listing your tournament(s) to be rated, use the name of your tournament(s) that was posted on the 2007 Ohio Fastpitch Tournament Master List. Click this link to find your tournament correct Name as we listed on OFC. http://www.game-ex.com/softball/tour/index.shtml
3rd - Make sure you use the correct format for post your start date and end date..
Correct way is as follow. month.date.year 00.00.00
Should look like this... Start Date 01.01.07 End Date 01.02.07
4th - place the name of the Town the tournament was held along with the state.
correct ofcland, oh wrong ofcland, ohio
5th - check mark the age group(s) that was in your tournament.. .
6th - Once you hit the submit button you may then Copy the code that it made and Paste this code into your message or on your web site..
That about all... Will see how it work out.. O one more thing..
OFC - Staff will delete any tournament(s) that is posted incorrect.
