As one of the families from this team, this is a great group of girls, and the families are awesome. I think the new team name describes the type of image that our girls portray (kind, generous, compassionate, trustworthy, brave). We had a fantastic 2014 season. These girls work hard, have compassion for each other, and want to win. Bill's not so bad of a guy either :) Bill Harder has been involved with softball for a long time. His two daughters are great players. Bill's coaching style is one that fosters the players learning the game and taking ownership of the decisions they make during the game. These girls acquire a softball knowledge that they will carry with them to the next level. I consider it on honor to have watched this team this past season. I miss not being at the softball field this weekend!!

DD played her first year for Coach Bill and absolutely loved him. She has developed a closeness with her teammates that is refreshing. Aside from winning several tournaments and placing well in others, Coach Bill works to help get his girls signed to play at the next level. The college showcase tournaments in which the team plays, are merely a tool to help the girls succeed in their aspirations. He doesn't put automatons on the field, he helps them to learn to think on their own and make sound rational decisions. Not just in softball, but in life.

Coach Bill is awesome, my daughter calls him the Swing Doctor!! Whenever she is in a slump he is her first call and he solves her issue in about 10 minutes. IF she was old enough to play for Bill you can bet we would drive whatever distance needed to be coached by this man!!
