After spending the last 4 years coaching at 16U and 18U I have decided to drop down to the '04 age group and fill that void in our organization and grow a team. I am excited about the opportunity to teach and hone in more on the fundamentals with the younger age and build a team to grow.
This will be my 13th season coaching fast pitch. I haven't coached a daughter of my own since 2008. My plan is to select a team of 12 players, including 3 pitchers and 2 catchers. I would like to begin with 2 fall events and practices. I believe in creating the most challenging schedule that our team can compete in based on our roster and pushing each and every girl on the roster toward individual improvement. Our organization tryout dates are below however I am open to holding private tryouts before those dates as well as we have our own field. I am currently in the process of selecting assistant coaches and will post that information on our web site when it becomes available. *Arrive 30 minutes early to register or 15 minutes if you have pre-registered
*NO potentially returning OBE player should be dressed in OBE gear or apparel
*All players should bring all appropriate softball gear, wear ball pants, and have water.
*Coaches will be announced later in July. If you are unable to attend the tryout then you may contact the coach for your age group to set up an additional tryout if needed for that team.
