Tribe Leader, Did the Wooster Umps have an effect on the game?

The last called out was defiantly bad no dought about it, she was safe at first by a good step or more. Other than that I would say no. The biggest effect on the game was the parents yelling at every call that was close and calling out at the umps. I saw the field ump. staring over at the parents that were yelling and you know any close call is probably not going to go your way when that happens. I was also told the ump. behind the plate at Clearfork went the other way the night before but I wasn't there so it's here say as far as I'm concerned. And errors by Wooster lost that game from what I heard. It's terrible that a game that important had to end that way.(wed. nights game)

The game wed. night was poorly umpired and as far as tues night when you get only 2 hits and the colts hit the ball well and play solid defense, the out come should be obvious.Yes ,wooster made some errors but that was because the colts hit the ball~~Wed nights game there was not an earned run allowed and for the blues brothers they should find another hobby, taking away a possible occ championship from any team is just flat out disgusting!!

I beleive that was not an earned run for either side. The blame game can go on and on let's just end it here. As I stated no one likes to end a game that way.

Lexington 12 5 innings
West Holmes 1

Lexington hit 2 HR's and played the starters only a few innings. Now 16-2.
I believe that this puts them in the OHSAA record books on Team HR's in one season.

Sorry about your luck, most are not at Lexington. ?Three in one game was at Highland.
Looks like Madison took care of the race for us last night, Tribe Leader!!

?Lexington 19
West Holmes 8
1 HR many extra base hits ? at WEST HOLMES

Now 17-2

Wooster won both Ashland games. Wooster's pitcher (Auckerman) got a line drive to the head on Tues, but will be OK.
SBFAMILY what was the Madison/ Clearfork score?

Looks like it will all come down to the Lex/ Clearfork games. Wooster plays West Holmes and should take both of those. But they know they can't take WH lightly. If Lex takes both they get the title. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Lexington is in the driving seat with one loss. ? Clearfork now has to win both games to get the title. That is a tough task. ?The only teams they have played ?in Common outside the OCC ?was ?Marion Harding. ?Both faced Marion's ?#1 pitcher, Lexington Won Clearfork lost. ? So it will come down to the ?final games. Then they can face each other in the Sectional if Clearfork can get by Shelby. ?They lost to Shelby in a close game earlier in the year. Lexington beat Shelby 11-5.

Cleafork beat Shelby 10-0 then lost 4-1 in 9 innings in a doubleheader earlier in the year~~Colts are not playing very good ball right now~~

Hammer OK your point is? ? If the 3 HR were not hit in Lexington and most of the rest were not on the home field why do you care? So when you play us everything is equal in terms of the fence? ?Reading your other posts it would appear you like to find some excuse. Keep in mind these are kids and why do you want to take anything away from them! Read my posts earlier above about ClearFork, in the very top. . ?I told everyone I thought Clear Fork had the best hitters in the conference before the season started. I was at hitting camps with the Wilson girls and they are awesome. ?I do coach hitting , so ?what they learned at the camp they attended has been taught to the Lexington team. ?14 Team Hr's is an achievement no matter what your thoughts are.

SBFAMILY Clear Fork should not be taken lightly. ?If Lexington goes in thinking that they can beat Clear Fork easily they could very well lose both games. ?Any team can be beat on any given day!! ?It comes down to who wants it more. ?Look at the VA Tech and USA Team game.

Loosen your sliders sb, all of us was unaware that you are the reason the hr record you bring up in every post has been broken. Congrats to the girls, point is make the fence distance regulation and then we will see the results, don't get confident and overlook the valley girls...

I'm sure Lex and SB know the strength of CF, they're a very strong team. He's just giving some kudo's to the girls at Lex for their achievements as we all do for the girls on our local teams.
