Ohio Emeralds 2015 Tournament Season Tryout

We will be holding tryouts for all age groups (10U, 12U, 14U) on August 9 at Perry Park in Massillon, Ohio.

Also please note our Wooster tryout on August 10

Please arrive half an hour early for registration.

Tryout times are as follows:

14U ('00 and '01) 10:00 - Noon

16U 12:30 - 2:00

10U and 12U 2:00 - 4:00

Pitchers and catchers please be prepared to stay half an hour afterward.

If you are unable to make these times, please call for a private tryout.

The Ohio Emeralds '01 team has had a very successful 2013-2014 tournament season playing in over 100 games and scrimmages since last fall.

Our results from 2013-2014 so far:

Canton Mothers Day - Finished tied 3rd
Breast Cancer Shootout - Runner-up
Wildcat Pride Spring Shootout - Champions
Valley Extreme Summer Starter - Runner-up
Laser Nation - Finished tied 9th
ASA States - Finished 3rd
ASA/USA Firework Frenzy - Runner-up
ASA Cinderella Classic - Champions

We will be participating in the ASA Eastern Nationals in Marion, Ohio to finish out our season.

The 01 Emeralds just returned from ASA Eastern Nationals with the championship and a bid to nationals next year. Congrats girls and coaches!!!

The Emeralds 01 just finished a very successful season by winning the ASA Eastern National Championship this past weekend and The Emeralds 00 completed their season by finishing in the top 10 out of 84 teams at the All Sanction World Series in Columbus this past weekend.

The Ohio Emeralds teams are pleased to announce an additional tryout date for the upcoming 2015 season. Tryouts will be August 10th in Wooster, Ohio at the Wooster High School field. The 01 and 00 teams had a very successful year last year and are looking to add a few pieces to take them to the next level. If your daughter wants to play for an established organization that develops your daughter's talents please give us a look.
