This team will play primarily 16/18u tournaments and 1 or 2 14u tournamants. Goal is to play 14U PGF Nationals. This is not Lasers Gray from last year. This team is made up of girls from Lasers Blue, Grand Slam, Chill Gold, and a few other orgs from last year. Thanks!

I would guess that if they are only searching for one player, they probably didn't lose four girls.

Still wrong. Truth is in the details which you don't know. This is a great group of girls, great coaching, and looking for 1 player interested in pushing their game to reach the next level. Howard Kabota this week and YSU camp in a few weeks. Great opportunity for the right player and family.

Lasers is top in Ohio with that, comes a target. Playing a demanding schedule isn't for everyone and with a new team, I imagine there will be a few bumps. Good luck this season and hope you guys find the right "fit".

This team is looking for a driven athlete(1) that wants to improve there skills at all aspects of the game,while competing to get better at every practice/game.We have the instruction,and facilities to work all fall, winter 2 per week for next to nothing.We have a demanding schedule this winter,and summer.Serious Inquiry only.

And who cares who comes and goes. Good team, and the players that are on the team will not regret it. People always looking for something "better" often realize that the best fit for them was right in front of them.

Whatever the reason or situation, people move on. From what I'm hearing, this team is in great shape with 10 athletes, deep pitching and some of the best coaching/instruction. I've also heard that a couple of the girls on this team are already garnering top tier division 1 interest as 8th and 9th graders.

Westside- in response to your concerns, my daughter is on this team. Dd played with the Chill girls last year and will miss not having them on the Lasers Red this year. They are both fine athletes and our family wishes them the best!

The Team is still looking for one more difference maker. We have 11 athletes committed to training hard this winter and putting it on the field next year. Your daughter will get great hitting, fielding and game instruction and will be pushed and will improve in all aspects of the game.

The team practices on Tuesdays and Sundays until HS ball starts. In addition, we will play games at YSU next weekend, a Lasers 3 team workout (Blue, Red & Purple) in Columbus with various OSU past and current athletes in December, University of Akron 9 v. 9 in December, tournament in Morgantown, WV in January and then Howard Kobata is coming back again in January/February.
