Based out of: Stark County (Massillon/Canton area)
2015/16 Team Fees: $750 (in three installments) plus fundraising and sponsorships.
Tryouts: Please refer to master tryout list for dates, time, and adresses. Tryouts will be held in Tuslaw(Massillon area), Ashland, and Mogadore.
Tournaments and Practice Schedules: - 2+ fall tournaments
- Indoor winter practices and speed training 1-2 days a week starting in November.
- 3+ winter tournaments throughout Ohio
- 10+ Spring and Summer tournaments
- Practices in summer and spring held in North Lawerence and Canton areas
What the girls get:
- 2 to 3 sets of uniforms
- Bat bags and helmets
- Compression undershirts
- Car decal for parents!!
Team bio and philosophy: We at the Ohio Stampede organization look at ourselves as one of the new and up coming organizations in Ohio! We have gone from one team 2 years ago to 4 teams at 3 age levels this past year. With next year having 7 teams in 4 separate age groups. My 03 team has had a great 1st season with Ohio Stampede organization taking 3 first place tournament finishes and 2 runner up with 1 tournament still to go! We also had some very good showings at some of the elite tournaments around the state such as the Outlaws Premier College Showcase. As we move into the 14u ranks this up coming season my team will look to become one of the elite showcase teams in the state. I am looking for young ladies who want to succeed at the highest level and put in the work to compete with the best Ohio has to offer. This is not an organization of screaming and negativity. We look to help develop these young ladies into the best players they can be along with teaching them the mental part of the game. We will look to expose these girls to as many showcase elements as we can to get them as much exposure as possible to collegiate recruiting. I will demand the girls to respect each other and the name on there jerseys. The girls will learn how to hold themselves accountable as they grow with game. We promote having fun while winning at the highest levels!!! Go Stampede and SEE YOU AT TRYOUTS!!
