Outcast 99 (16U) looking for a pitcher in SW Ohio

We are based out of the Dayton area. Due to a couple injuries we are looking for a pitcher. Need an athlete who is experienced and looking for mound time. We will consider any 99', 00' or solid 01' birth year athletes.
