Overnight Camps/Recruiting

I am looking at the overnight camps, and how expensive they are. How much of a tool are the overnight camps when it comes to recruiting. I know the general answers about how they are just money makers, and the other point of view about camps are a good tool.

My question is more specifically geared towards the expensive overnight camps, as some of the teams have "elite" or "prospect" camps that are much cheaper.

From my understanding and from a reliable source. My dd will be attending an overnight camp for the first time this year.

The one day camps are more to draw the interest like a snap shot. The better camps will run you wild to see if your both physically and mentally prepared.

The overnight camps, those are the confirmation. Can the athlete handle daily mental stress of a program? Day one, normal, but how are they after 3 days of it? That seperates the true players.
