If a team submits their entrance form and fee prior to me receiving that same information from a team that has verbally commited, there maybe a chance to give up one of their slots.

Looks like your tournament field is really shaping up to include a great deal of the best talented teams in Ohio and Western PA. Your organization certainly has a reputation of hosting a fine tournament. I would strongly suggest any teams that have signed up for one of our Valley Extreme tournaments look to get into this tournament as their remaining spots are filling up quickly. You will not be dissappointed!

Ron,

You are correct. In previous years, the tournament charged "A gate fee consisting of $3.00 per person per day, children 10 and under $1.00 per day will be charged. Pre-school children will be admitted free." This year "we are charging each team a $80.00 'admission fee' which is due no later the May 1st." We are doing this after giving much thought into the cost each family was incurring through out the travel season. Depending on the number of players on a roster, it will cost each family between $5.75 (with a 14 player roster) and $8.00 (with a 10 player roster). This is compared to what each family would pay with a gate. For the two days, Saturday and Sunday, if both parents would attend, it would cost them $12.00. Now include $3.00 for each grandparent, $3.00 for the brother and/or sister, and it could cost each family somewhere up to $20.00+. With this new policy, each family can bring as many family members as they want to both days.

It is now official! Four of the five fields being used have tarps. We hope to do nothing more than look them during the tournamanet, but in case of rain, we will be ready.

We now only need one more 12-U team to complete our field of thirty teams. If any one is interested please contact us soon.
