Not that it's a big deal, but Silver Creek beat Union city, then lost to the Blast. I had the pleasure of watching the 3 games that were moved to Girard due to the rain. These are some very talented 10 and younger players coming up. While I always hear about the talent pool being watered down by the amount of teams, the fact is, MORE girls are working on their game YEAR 'ROUND. They are ALL getting better and I don't know how that could ever be a bad thing.

Thunder Elite 10u wants to thank all the teams that came out for Perfect Storm 2013. We enjoyed the competition and the high level sportsmanship all the teams displayed. Congratulations to the Blast for their win as you have a very strong team in all phases of the game, hitting, running, defense, and pitching. Also special mention to the other teams we played, Union City Ice, and Poland Pride. Both teams have very good kids and are well coached. Sorry we didn't get to play Silvercreek and ROC but we all were able to cross paths this weekend and catch up on our seasons. Good luck to all.
