Pinch Runner Question

Scenario - ASA summer ball.
Let's say my batter reaches first safely, then next batter sac bunts her to second base. Can a pinch runner now be put in
for the batter at second base, or can you only pinch run immediately following the batter your running for safely
reaches base? Or perhaps an easier way of asking the question would be, can a pinch runner be put into the game
at anytime or only immediately after the batter she is running for reaches base?
I ask, because I am not finding this clearly in the rule book, and if my memory serves me, I have seen
this both allowed and not allowed.
Thanks!

A "pinch runner" is either going to be a legal substitute or a courtesy runner. You can bring either one in anytime in the game- no need to do it right when the batter gets on base. The "pinch runner" can be brought in anytime the offense is on the field and they want to bring her in.
