Pitcher-catcher-infield pow-wows - ENOUGH ALREADY

With our lovely weather here in Ohio, I've been watching a lot of PAC 12 and SEC softball on TV. I wish the NCAA would put a limit on these annoying "conferences". It seems like most college teams can't go an inning anymore without the catcher running to talk to the pitcher about something. Lots of times the whole infield will join in.

I sure do like the way the PAC12 network showcases softball.

I'm not subscribed to it so I don't get the main one, but for some reason I get the regional ones.

LA, AZ, WA, OR, MT, and BY. I understand the others, but WTF is BY???

Sssssshhhhhh, don't tell. I can pretty much watch softball every day of the week at any hour of the day.

For some reason there is an annoying time lag. I'll hear the ball hit then bat then see it 1.5 or so seconds later.

Did see something similar last year in tOSU vs Nebraska game. There was an out called, 3rd out. Nebraska catcher drops ball on the ground and they leave the field, tOSU coach has umpire back at the back stop giving him the business. Umps have a pow wow and call runner safe. While all of this was happening the other base runners were walking slowly around the bases and they all stepped on home.

I thought the Nebraska coach was going to pop and confetti was going to fly out.

tOSU won the game by a run.
