I agree with the others. Hillhouse all the way. That's not a put down to anyone else, it's just a compliment to him. Why wouldn't anyone want to learn from one of the world's elite pitchers first hand? I know not all great ones can teach but, thankfully... Bill can. He builds an immediate rapport with the girls and MAKES them have fun while they are learning. Always demonstrates what he says to show what happens when it's done right. And for me, as the catcher, that's both frightening and amazing at the same time. ha ha. Anyone else feel that way?
As I said on Huddle today: if men's softball was an Olympic sport, guys like Hillhouse and Gillis would be as much household names as the women. Wouldn't you like to get lessons from Finch, Fernandez, etc. first hand? It's virtually the same thing. Both Hillhouse and Gillis live so close to Ohio, we're extremely lucky.
