I highly recommend Sarah if you're looking for a pitching coach for your daughter. She is a teacher by training, and is great at explaining things to the girls. She also was a hitter in college and mentally tough as a pitcher, and understands the mental part of the game very well.

I also agree with CoachJWB. Sarah is very knowledgeable in the game of softball. She teaches the techniques needed in a way the girls can understand. I recommend Sarah to anyone wanting to learn solid fundementals of pitching. Good luck in your new endeavor.

Sarah is still looking for more pitching students. She continues to get high praise from her students and the girls she coaches. Asides from her success as a local high school and college player, she has been coaching competitive travel ball for the past 4 years including in the Lasers and Ice organizations, and has also been coaching her old high school team in the CSU winter league during that same time period. She knows and loves the game, and knows how to teach and motivate young ladies. She plans out each practice/lesson/clinic very thoroughly, and makes great use of the time. Call Up to Bat at the above number, or PM me here if you're interested.

DD started lessons with Sarah last evening. Our DD is a 2nd year 14U, has been pitching since 10U and is new to the state.

DD loved Sarah and felt very comfortable with her. Both my husband and I were impressed with the way she instructed and what she had to say. Sarah doesn't try to reinvent the wheel and is excellent at seeing the small things that need to be tweaked to improve on what already exists.

I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking for a pitching coach or looking to make a change!

Whether your DD is a new pitcher starting out, a "part-time" pitcher who just needs to get a little work in before the school season, or an established pitcher looking for a different voice, Sarah is great at working with the girls and helping them achieve their goals. We all know there are pitching coaches out there who are gruff, arrogant and "its my way or the highway" ... Sarah is none of those ... she is a true teacher in every sense of the word and very good at picking up mechanical issues, and helping her students make corrections. Call Up to Bat at the numbers above to set up an appointment.
