The Pittsburgh Lady Roadrunners is an organization that was formed in 2001. Website: PITTSBURGH LADY ROADRUNNERS
Every year, we have fielded at least one team in each age group. The number of teams is determined by the number of players that try out that would be willing to contribute to making a quality and competitive team. Our elite teams compete in local, regional, statewide, and national tournaments.
The Pittsburgh Lady Roadrunners would like to invite all fast pitch players, ranging from 10U through 18U, to come try out to be a part of our organization! Try-outs challenge softball-based skills (hitting, catching, throwing, and base running). There is a $10 non-refundable try-out fee. Try-out dates are as follows:
Wednesday, August 7: 10U and 12U, 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Fairhaven Field (Kennedy Twp.) (http://goo.gl/maps/y65yH)
Thursday, August 8: 14U, 16U, and 18U, 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Fairhaven Field (Kennedy Twp.)(http://goo.gl/maps/y65yH)
Saturday, August 10th and 17th at Greentree Sportsplex (http://goo.gl/maps/6KE1l)
Age groups and times:
10U and 12U: 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
14U: 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
16U and 18U: 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
