8) Time sure does fly. 912 days ago I first posted on this forum hoping to find answers to the thousands of questions I had as a coach. I've been lucky enough to have received thousands of replies and suggestions (some not very appropriate ;D) to my posts, and in looking back on the journey so far, am amazed at how much all of you have helped expand my knowledge of this game.
At first, posting on the board was like walking down the middle of the street in the old west. You never knew where the next shot was going to come from, but you knew it was coming. At times the barrage of shots would come so rapidly that we'd be on page six by the time I'd read the first posting - thankfully those days have passed. Now as I look over the board I see a place where it is reasonably safe to let even my DD converse, I see a greater flow of information from person to person and less overall hostility. We still have an occasional flare up, but they are fewer and farther in between as the majority of the community are here for the love of the game, seeking to improve their knowledge, and make it fun for the girls.
So, to all of you, and especially Ricky Moorehead for providing this forum, thanks for the journey so far, and for days and posts to come.
