?Grand Slam, based in North Canton Ohio will again be hosting an ASA sanctioned tournament on May 18-20th 2007 in North Canton. Please go to www.eteamz.active.com/Grand_Slam_Tournament for an information packet that will explain the entire tournament.
?One item of note is that we will be having 10u this year as well as 12u and 14u. We will stop at 24 teams total. As long as there are 4 teams in a given group we will run that age group. Now that Thanksgiving is over, we are starting to get some interest. This will be a top notch tournament. (as always)

? We are getting calls everyday about the 12s and 14s, but have not got 1 inquiry about 10u. Are other tournaments having this problem?
? When I coached 10u I couldn`t find any tournaments close to home!

If you look up Tournamnets above. I think it is now at 8 just in Ohio for 10U that weekend. It is tough getting a 10U program started and we probably don't have enough teams out there to fill this many tournaments. Just look at all the teams we have at 12U, but many are not at full strength and need players. It is going to be interesting this spring to see if all these teams can find players.

You know what, I (duh) never checked the calander for 10s that weekend. I guess we`ll just wait and see if we get anyone.
