The Cincy Doom won the 12u A World Series Championship!!!

Does anyone have the final standings on where the teams placed in the 12U? I know it was the Doom vs the Tidalwaves in the winners brackett final. And I know the Louisville Stunners, Prior Lake Lakers, Branford Bobcats and SGS Magic Blue were still alive in the losers brackett, but how did it shake out?

Is there a USSSA websight that might have the final results for the 12U "A". I had my brackett filled out until we were eliminated early Saturday.

Congratulations to the Doom - we enjoyed watching you play this weekend.

This tourney was a class act by both the organizers and the teams. The sportsmanship between teams were outstanding. Our girls will remember this tourney forever.

Does anyone have the final results for 1 thru 6. It would be nice to see who we finished behind. We left after our last game - the Nightmare missed the top 6 by one game - with each and every game a great one to be a part of!!!

How did the Magic end up?

I had never heard of the Nightmare before this weekend. We should hear more from that team based on their staff - one of the coaches goes way back to the ASA only days, and one of the most successful in high school and summer ball.

It was good to see he had his daughters playing (something he said he would never push!). His younger daughter pitched great, and she still has two years in that division. She had a very unorthodox delivery, one that only a Todd McKinney and Dick Noe pupil would throw.

Great job Nightmare and welcome back coach!

The Louisville Stunners should be proud of the effort they put forth at nationals. They defeated some good teams, and played hard all week. The Stunners represented Louisville well.

According to the website linked above we (Lasers Orange) tied for 9th, we lost twice to the Stunners mentioned above, they were a very nice team and Kentucky should be proud. Our youth showed a little bit as we lost 2 one run games and lost once by 2 runs. All of our games were close and I couldnt have been prouder of all my girls, we were battling a few injuries or I think we would have done a little better. We will be back and ready to go in 2006.

8dad, the lasers did play well and gave our girls spirited games. You have a good organization, and we look forward to playing you in the future.
Again, a congratulations should go out to all the teams, especially Ohio (and our Stunners) for having 4 of the top 6 places!!!
