If a team can't participate this weekend will they get one hundred percent refund ?

Is it still a 4gg and a quailifer? Will there be a later start time now that there are less teams? How soon will you post the schedule?

Teams that can not participate will receive 100% refund - absolutely! I believe there are only 2 teams in this catagory.

4gg for 14u and time extended to 1hr 30min - based on the teams currently participating - 10 teams.

12u coaches have requested a one day tournament on Sunday - which would then be a 3gg tournament. I have also offered the 12u teams game slots on Saturday - based on 4 participating teams.

If 12u is dropping a game is the cost also dropping, and is it still a qualifier for both 12u and 14u?

I don't think the cost will drop because she is still offering any of the other 12U teams that want a 4th game to play Saturday if you want?
