This will be an ASA "A" and "B" Eastern National Qualifier that will be held at Stebbins Field in Greenville, Ohio. New for the 2009 season the Stebbins Field Complex will feature plenty of indoor restrooms and an awesome concession stand with a great selection of quality food at fair prices.

The Format will be a 5 game guarantee, with 3 pool games then seeding into the tournament. Two ASA licensed umpires will be used per game (for every game) and the best part is the time limit will be 1 hour 40 minutes. If 7 innings were not completed in the time limit then once the time limit is reached the inning will be completed. There will be no ties. ITB will be in force if needed. Games will begin every two hours and diamonds will be prepared in between each game.
An Awarded berth will be earned by the Champion in each age group. There will also be Team and Individual awards earned by the 1st and 2nd place teams and a team award only to the 3rd place team.
Because the event is sponsored by RIP-IT they will have their factory Rep on hand all weekend with bats that can be tested during the game or in one of the batting cages on site. They will also have all of their other equipment such as the very popular new faceguard for pitchers and fielders.
Be sure to enter early because space is limited due to the format. We can handle a total of 32 teams. We typically attract some excellent competition for this tournament from a multi-state area and it will be a great chance to get a guaranteed 5 full games in for your team, while working to earn a berth to the very challenging ASA Eastern Nationals.
