This ASA/USA National Qualifier is a Four game guarantee (weather permitting) with Two pool games played on Friday and Saturday, anda Double Elimination tournament starting on Saturday Night .This is an ASA Sanctioned event with 1[SUP]st[/SUP]-4[SUP]TH[/SUP] place team receiving an ASA/USA NATIONAL BERTHIndividual trophies and team trophies willbe given to first and second place finishers.With the Top 4 Teams receiving Team Trophies .. No Team will be enteredinto the Tournament Until Total Enter Fee is received.
Rainout Refund Policy:
If thetournament is rained out, refunds will be based on (Entry Fees minusNon-Recoverable Costs minus Games Played) divided by (Paid Entries). Pleaseallow two to four weeks for an inclement weather refund. A game started isconsidered a full game for refund purposes. There is no rain date available.
