This Eastern National Qualifier is a five game guarantee (weather permitting) with three pool games played on Friday & Saturday, and a Double Elimination tournament starting on Saturday Night. This is an ASA Sanctioned event with 1[SUP]st[/SUP] & 2nd place teams receiving a 2017 EASTERN NATIONAL BERTH Individual trophies and team trophies will be given to first and second place finishers. With the Top 4 Teams receiving Team Trophies... No Team will be entered into the Tournament Until Total Enter Fee is received.

Rainout Refund Policy:

If the tournament is rained out, refunds will be based on (Entry Fees minus Non-Recoverable Costs minus Games Played) divided by (Paid Entries). Please allow two to four weeks for an inclement weather refund. A game started is considered a full game for refund purposes. There is no rain date available.
